A Major Fire at a Cotton Factory in Helmand  Prevented from Spreading

The Firefighting and Emergency Response Department of Helmand Province brought under control a fire that broke out at a cotton factory located in the Fourth Police District of Lashkargah, the provincial capital. Through professional firefighting measures, the firefighters successfully prevented the blaze from spreading further.
As a result of the operation, property and goods worth approximately 100 million Afghanis were saved from destruction, and the fire was prevented from spreading to other sections of the factory.
