A Gang of Five Kidnappers Arrested in Herat

A group of five kidnappers detained during a special operation of the Afghan National Police (ANP) in Dil Abad village, Guzara district of Herat province.
The group was involved in several cases of kidnapping in Herat. 
The detainees had confessed to their crimes.
