During a raid, Afghan National Police (ANP) arrested a man who had kidnapped and murdered a 7- year- old child in Kabul City.
The raid took place in the vicinity of the PD#8 of Kabul City.
Afghan National Police (ANP) has referred the case to relevant authorities for further process.
