Nearly 100 Kilograms of Narcotics Seized in Takhar and Farah Provinces

As a result of a targeted operation by police forces of the Takhar Provincial Police Command, 90 kilograms of opium concealed inside a vehicle and being trafficked to an unknown destination were discovered and seized.
Meanwhile, in Farah Province, police also discovered and destroyed 7 kilograms of opium and more than 1,500 kilograms of yama, a substance used in the production of narcotics.
