5,452 Kilograms of “Yama” Destroyed in Uruzgan and Farah Provinces

Counter-narcotics police forces discovered and destroyed a total of 5,452 kilograms of Yama in Uruzgan and Farah provinces.
Out of the total, 4,452 kilograms were seized and burned in Uruzgan province, while another 1,000 kilograms were discovered and destroyed in Farah province.
Three individuals have also been arrested in connection with the case and will be handed over to judicial authorities following preliminary investigations.
