Dozens of Drug Addicts Collected from Nine Provinces

Officials from the Counter-Narcotics Police have collected 91 drug addicts in separate operations from the provinces of Balkh, Kunduz, Baghlan, Parwan, Samangan, Takhar, Maidan Wardak, Paktia, and Kapisa, and have referred them to addiction treatment centers for medical care.
