Armed Clash Between Two Tribes Prevented in Laghman Province

Police forces of the Ali Shing District Police Command in Laghman Province prevented an armed conflict between two tribes over land.
The incident had occurred in the Kohna Pal Valley, between two tribes in the villages of Manjlam and Khandali of the district. Security forces arrived at the scene in a timely manner, brought the situation under control, and arrested 10 individuals from both sides along with 11 different types of weapons.
Preliminary investigations of the detained individuals are ongoing, and they will soon be handed over to the relevant judicial and legal authorities along with complete documentation.
The Laghman Provincial Police Command urges citizens to resolve any disputes through legal means and to avoid taking matters into their own hands, in order to ensure public order and security.
