149 Kilograms of Narcotics Seized in Badakhshan and Takhar Provinces

A total of 149 kilograms of narcotic drugs were seized during separate counter-narcotics operations conducted by the Counter Narcotics Police.

Of the total, 64 kilograms were confiscated in Badakhshan Province, while an additional 85 kilograms were seized in Takhar Province.

Seven individuals were also arrested in connection with the trafficking and sale of the seized narcotics. Following preliminary investigations, they will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities.
