Cash Assistance Provided to Hundreds of Needy Families in Helmand and Paktika Provinces

The Counter-Narcotics Management of Paktika Police Command distributed AFN 600,000 in cash to 150 needy and begging families who had previously been identified as eligible for assistance by the designated committee in the province. The distribution was carried out in the presence of senior committee members.
Meanwhile, the Counter-Narcotics Police also provided AFN 4,500 in cash to each of 160 needy and begging families in Helmand Province who had been identified as eligible for assistance.
