Dozens of Kilograms of Narcotics Seized in Badakhshan Province

The Counter-Narcotics Police of the Badakhshan Provincial Police Command, during an intelligence-led operation, arrested an individual who was attempting to smuggle 37 kilograms of narcotic substances from the Bagh-e Mubarak area of the province.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident, three other individuals were arrested in connection with nine sacks of raw hashish and a quantity of cannabis plants in the Baharak district of Badakhshan Province.

According to security officials, investigations into these cases are ongoing.
