Coordination Meeting Held Among Police Chiefs of Bamyan, Ghor and Daikundi Provinces to Discuss Border Security Measures

A coordination meeting among the police chiefs of Bamyan, Ghor and Daikundi provinces was held in Punjab District of Bamyan Province to strengthen security coordination, identify vulnerable areas, and take preventive measures to ensure better security in the shared border areas of the three provinces.
Al-Hajj Mawlawi Habibullah “Shakir,” Police Chief of Bamyan Province; Al-Hajj Mawlawi Noor Agha Haidar, Police Chief of Ghor Province; and Mullah Abdul Hakim Rafiullah, Police Chief of Daikundi Province, along with their accompanying delegations and relevant security officials, attended the meeting. They discussed the security situation in the shared border areas, identification of vulnerable points, establishment of security posts, and necessary measures to ensure better security in the border regions.
The participants reviewed the security situation in the border areas and the relevant connecting routes, emphasizing the importance of coordination and joint cooperation among the police commands of all three provinces. They also discussed appropriate measures to strengthen security arrangements, prevent potential threats, and ensure the safety of the public and travelers.
