Cash Assistance Distributed to 200 Needy Families in Kabul
The Deputy Ministry for Counter Narcotics of the Ministry of Interior distributed cash assistance to 200 needy families in the Badam Bagh area of Kabul, who had previously been identified as deserving by the assigned committee. Each family received 5,000 Afghanis in cash assistance.
Al-Haj Mawlawi Hasibullah Ahmadi, Chief of Staff of the Deputy Ministry for Counter Narcotics, said during a ceremony held on this occasion that the assistance was provided based on the directive of the Amir al-Mu’minin, may Allah protect him.
He expressed hope that this cash assistance, distributed ahead of Eid al-Adha, would help address some of the difficulties faced by these families.
