72 Kilograms of Opium Seized in Ghazni Province
The Highway Police of Ghazni Provincial Police Command, acting on intelligence information, apprehended two individuals in possession of 72 kilograms of opium. The narcotics were professionally concealed in two vehicles and intercepted near Al-Badr intersection of the province.
The detained individuals had transported the opium from Badakhshan Province and intended to traffic it to Helmand Province.
