500 Kilograms of Drugs Seized in Takhar Province

Counter-Narcotics Police forces of the Takhar Provincial Police Command seized 420 kilograms of opium from inside a private ambulance in the province, along with another 123 kilograms of opium and hashish from two other vehicles in the provincial capital and Rustaq District.
Nine individuals were also arrested in connection with the case and will be handed over to judicial and legal authorities after their case files are prepared.
