Three professional theft gangs arrested and 24 stolen vehicles recovered in Herat province

Police authorities in Herat province have arrested three professional theft gangs and recovered 24 stolen vehicles.
Police Chief of Security of Herat Police Command, Mal Paswal Qari Najibullah Ali, said that the arrested individuals had carried out armed thefts in different provinces of the country and were transporting the stolen vehicles to Herat. He added that all members of the three gangs have now been detained by security forces.
Meanwhile, several owners of the recovered vehicles expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the security forces and called for the strict enforcement of the law and punishment of those responsible for armed thefts.
