A Nearly Three-Decade-Long Tribal Dispute In Paktika Has Been Resolved.

A nearly 30-year-old tribal dispute between the Shermatkhel and Mitakhel tribes in Barmal district of Paktika province over the “Raghzi” land has been resolved through the mediation and efforts of Sheikh Qazi Noorullah, Deputy Governor of Paktika.
To resolve the dispute, negotiations were held between the two tribes. As a result, both sides reached an understanding and agreement, pledging to strengthen peace, brotherhood, and peaceful coexistence.
The efforts of officials to resolve tribal disputes are considered an important step toward strengthening unity and brotherhood among the people and ensuring lasting peace.
